Finally found out that I have not been successful in my application for the seconded managers role. I have been told that I acquitted myself well in the interview, however the successful applicant has had more experience in the interview process and was a shade better prepared. The good news is that the centre manager was impressed and is willing to work with me to improve my technique (don’t know what she means by that :grin:). There are likely to be more teams joining the centre shortly and hopefully I will be more successful then.

In the meantime, I have the rest of this week covering and then I am back online…
