Reading the papers and hearing the news, everyone seems to be going on about obesity in adolescents. Having had my consultation with the dietician yesterday I got to find out a bit more about what to watch out for when buying food. To keep my diabetes under control I need to try and keep under 5g of sugar per 100g of food and to reduce my cholesterol keep to under 5g of fat per 100g of food.

Do you know we went shopping today and I can’t eat :cry:! If the sugar is under 5g then the fat is way over and vice versa!
